Nothing. lifePAD is a drawing and design studio that runs entirely inside your web browser. It has no server that receives your work, no login, and no analytics. We do not collect names, emails, locations, device identifiers, or usage data of any kind.
Your drawings, background images, color palettes, and settings are saved only in your browser's local storage, on the device you are using. They are never uploaded. If you clear your browser data, uninstall the app, or use the Clear My Data option in the Tools menu, that work is gone from the device and cannot be recovered by us because we never had a copy.
When you import a background image or pull a color palette from a photo, the picture is read and used directly in your browser. It is not sent anywhere.
lifePAD loads no third-party scripts, fonts, trackers, or advertising networks. It talks only to its own website to load the app itself, so it can also work offline after your first visit.
lifePAD is safe for children to use. Because it collects no personal information, has no accounts, no chat, no sharing between users, and no ads, there is nothing for a child to disclose and no one for them to be contacted by. Parents can use Tools → Clear My Data to wipe everything from a shared device.
Because work is saved in the browser, anyone using the same browser profile on the same device can open lifePAD and see the last thing that was made. On a shared or family device, use Clear My Data when you are finished.
